1. Fill out USAG registration form
2. Make checks payable to Maverick Gymnastics
3. Send in Team Pictures with names for free program placement
4. All Seniors and Level 10's will be featured as BIG DOGS. Send photos and accomplishments so we may feature them on banners throughout the venue and in the program.
5. 1st Team to register receives a $100.00 rebate.

6. FLAT SCREEN TV will be awarded to: the largest COMPULSORY TEAM and the larges OPTIONAL TEAM.

7. Admissions: $7.00 Adults; $4.00 Children. One pass is good for all sessions.
